When was the last time you dropped everything, sold everything
you owned that wasn't tied down, and changed your life in
order to fulfill a lifelong dream? The decision is not for the faint
of heart, but when you've got a lifetime of restaurant experience
and a love affair with the mountains of Vermont it can be worth
the very high risks.
Marlene and Nick decided to
take a chance in the summer of 1997, and after
ten years of sticking to their original
plan to simply "give people a good meal at a fair
price" they are beating the odds and pleasing
the palettes of folks from around the world.
Marlene and Nick have a chemistry that can not be beat, after
all, they've been a team since they met in grade school. Since
then, they have
cultivated an absolutely delicious family dining experience.
The Art of the Chicken is located in Ludlow, Vermont, just off of
Okemo Mountain. So stop by and visit Marlene and Nick the next
time you are skiing, riding, hiking, golfing
etc.!
