Experience Lead

	•	Managed a team of user experience professionals throughout a multi-year redesign of the client portal for a major financial services firm. The complex project redefined the experience and business model used to support the next generation of clients. A world-class site emerged amidst tight timelines and shifting requirements.

	•	Fostered thought leadership by creating The New Galapagos Innovation Lab, and the Financial Services Affinity Group.

	•	Defined the strategy for a major redesign of the online financial advisor toolset for a major financial services firm. The resulting experience pushed the boundaries of design and interaction for the firm.

	•	Directed the development of award winning web solutions for fortune 500 companies like Verizon Wireless, ADT, ADP and Calvin Klein.

	•	Created the information architecture practice area by formalizing the role that information architecture plays within the studio. Independent Web Designer 10/98 - Present

•

Developed identity system for Centerpoint Consulting. The client-centered web site solution reduced administrative time spent on tasks like faxing forms and fielding client requests by 60%. The solution included a PHP, MySQL based content management tool.

	•	Created an online presence for a small chicken restaurant in the resort town of ludlow, Vermont. A search engine marketing plan was created and on a very small budget the site has consistently been the top result for every search term that was targeted.
