What we set out to do:
When Centerpoint Consulting needed its first web presence, the first question that came to mind was what business challenges could the web address for them. Administrative time was the biggest challenge that emerged, along with several secondary challenges.

The primary plan for the site was to focus on empowering current clients with tools that allowed them real-time access to important forms and benefits information. The secondary plan was to inform prospective clients and allow them several routes through which to contact Centerpoint.

The Reults:
The site has greatly reduced admistrative time spent on tasks like faxing benefits forms and quote requests by automating those tasks online.
